Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering is available for all of your Beef Processing needs.  Need some help deciding on how to have your beef processed?  Give us a call and we can help you decide on which cuts would work out best for you.


Depending on how many people are in your family, we can package the meat accordingly.  Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering and Processing currently offers having your meat wrapped in freezer paper, or you can opt to have your meat vacuum sealed for an additional fee.


Beef tongue, heart, and liver are available at the customer’s request.

Sheep/Goat Processing

With Lamb & Goat Processing the processing options are endless.  Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering and Processing, can process a whole lamb for a picnic, or you can break the lamb down.One lamb usually yields 2 legs, 8-12 lamb chops (depending on lamb size), 4 shanks, 2 racks (could be cut into rib chops), 2# ground lamb, 3# stew meat, liver, and kidney.


Before processing begins, speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff to figure out how to package the meat to accommodate your family.  You can have your meat wrapped in freezer paper, or it can be vacuum sealed for and additional fee.

Pork Processing

Whether you are butchering or processing a whole hog, or half, Dee-Jay’s is the place for all of your butchering and processing needs.  We are happy to process your hog to your specifications. If you are having difficulty deciding, or don’t know exactly what kinds of cuts you want, one of our friendly knowledgeable staff members would be more than happy to assist you.  Along with your choices of cuts, you can choose to have your meat wrapped in freezer paper, or we can vacuum seal it for an additional fee.  You meat can also be wrapped to suit your family, your choice.
