Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering and Processing has been at its home in Fredericktown, Ohio since 1978.
In 1993, Dee-Jay’s was bought from its original owner by Mike and Jenny Jessee. They have since been joined by their daughter, Dorinda (Jessee) Kline, and her husband, Jeff Kline. They love doing what they do, and they are extremely proud of their smoked meats and bacon.
Since 1993, Dee-Jay ‘s Custom Butchering and Processing has been awarded a number of Grand and Reserve Grand Champion awards by the Ohio Association of Meat Processors.
Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering and Processing offers custom butchering and processing for a wide variety of meats. They are at your service to help you decide what kind of processing would best meet your needs. They offer Custom and Retail Cuts, Exotic Meat Processing, and Curing and Smoking services.
Dee-Jay’s Custom Processing currently supplies meats to several award-winning restaurants in the Cleveland area that include 2013’s Best New Restaurant (Cleveland Magazine) – Spice Kitchen & Bar; Michael Symon’s (award-winning Chef) Lola Bistro Restaurant; Flying Pig (featured on Burger's Brew & Q), and the Water Shed Kitchen and Bar.
