Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering and Processing, offers a wide variety of services for our customers which include: Custom Butchering of Beef, Pork, Lamb, Exotic Animals (Buffalo, Pen Raised Deer, Rabbit, Elk, Llama, and Alpacas), and Boneless Deer. Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering and Processing, also provides Processing for Restaurants. * We DO NOT do chicken processing
Dee-Jay’s Custom Processing currently supplies meats to several award-winning restaurants in the Cleveland area that include 2013’s Best New Restaurant (Cleveland Magazine) – Spice Kitchen & Bar; Two of Chef Jonathon Sawyer’s (appeared on Iron Chef) flagship restaurants – Greenhouse Tavern and Noodlecat; Michael Symon’s (award-winning Chef) Lolita Restaurant; and Lucky’s Café, (featured on Diners, Drive-in’s, and Dives).
In 2013, Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering and Processing was honored by the Ohio Association of Meat Processors, by winning awards of Grand and Reserve Grand Champion on the state level for our Smoked Turkey, Hams (Bone-in), Slab Bacon (Skin-off), Wieners, and in the Specialty Class.

Dee-Jay’s retail cuts are usually frozen so call ahead if you want fresh cuts. When you call, don’t forget to ask about our hot dogs that we recently began processing, which were awarded Reserve Grand Champion by the OAMP in 2013.
Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering Services: There are many different custom butchering options available for our customers. Call today to schedule your appointment to drop off your animal for processing. If you would like us to order an animal for you, we can help. We only purchase locally raised animals. During the appointment you will be able to you pick your cuts.
