Boneless Deer Processing
Dee-Jay’s Custom Butchering and Processing is the place for deer processing in Fredericktown, Ohio.For custom boneless deer processing we require meat to arrive to us with bone out. We also need the tag number for the deer in order to process.We can do deer processing to your specifications. From summer sausage with or without hot pepper cheese to ground venison, the possibilities are endless.
We currently wrap your venison in freezer paper, but you can choose to have your meat vacuum sealed for an additional fee. We would also be able to package meat to accommodate your family just right. Please call for deer processing details.
